Compensation Benefits for Injury Claims

in Central Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania and United States Federal Laws require that all employers provide a safe working environment for employees. These laws mandate that if an employee is injured during the course of work for an employer, he or she is entitled to receive workers’ compensation benefits. These benefits are payable without regard to who was at fault for the accident. As one of central Pennsylvania’s most experienced attorneys, I assist injured workers with their claims for workers’ compensation in Williamsport, PA and throughout my practice’s entire central Pennsylvania service area.
